Rob Nash-Boulden Sr. VP - Operations and Finance
Responsibilities:
In this role, Mr. Nash-Boulden is responsible for Company Operations, Human Resources, Information Technology, and Finance personnel. Rob has responsibility for design, procurement of equipment, quality, and liaison to the customer from initial design and estimate through completion. Rob works closely with manufacturers, professional services and technical installation workforces to install complex systems in critical environments.
Rob represents the organization with major customers, shareholders, the financial community and the public reporting to the Company President.

Arizona State University BS, Finance 1988
Experience:
Mr. Nash-Boulden founded Aristos International in January, 2008 with Company President, Gary Cudmore. Prior to this, Rob was CEO and President of a technology service provider specializing in data center construction, communications cabling and network equipment. Rob was with this prior employer for over eight years and has over 25 years of combined experience in positions including Controller, General Manager and Vice President.
Prior to joining Compel, Mr. Nash-Boulden led the finance and corporate real estate development teams for Fry's Food Stores of Arizona for over 18 years.
He is a hands-on leader that plans, coordinates and controls the daily operations of the organization through the organization's managers. He dispenses advice, guidance and direction to carry out major plans, standards and procedures consistent with established policies.
Mr. Nash-Boulden builds accountability into the culture ensuring that roles and objectives are at all times clearly defined to further develop empowerment and accountability.
At Aristos, he leads a first-class team with competencies in solutions development, specific technologies, finance, human resources and information technology. Coaching and developing the team to attain consistent, highly effective performance and to enable each division to meet the ongoing challenges of the organization as it matures and grows.
