Data Center Experts join forces to form Aristos International
Phoenix, AZ - January 11, 2008
Gary Cudmore and Rob Nash-Boulden today announced that they have joined forces to form Aristos International, Inc.
Cudmore, a 22-year veteran of the data center industry, will be the President of the company with emphasis on business development while Nash-Boulden will be the Senior Vice-President with emphasis on Operations, Finance, and Information Technology.
Cudmore stated "This is a partnership that Rob and I have been discussing the past few years. We have teamed successfully in the past and look forward to a long and successful relationship at Aristos."
Cudmore continued that "Rob has responsibility for design, procurement of equipment, quality, and will be a liaison to the customer from initial design and estimate through completion. He will work closely with manufacturers, professional services and technical installation workforces to install complex systems in critical environments.
Previously, Cudmore has been a Vice President of Data Center Services for JT Packard; a Subject Matter Expert for Dell; the Director of an international engineering firm; and Regional Manager for telecom, electrical and mechanical construction firms.
In 2006, Cudmore completed the design and construction of a data center tenant improvement project with a budget of just over $26 million dollars in less than 180 days.
For almost a quarter century, Cudmore has personally engineered and constructed critical environments throughout the U.S. and Canada. He is one of a select few that understands all aspects of developing the testing plan and commissioning high reliability data centers.
Nash-Boulden is the former CEO and President of Compel, a technology service provider specializing in data center construction, communications cabling and network equipment. Rob has over 25 years of combined experience in positions including Controller, General Manager and Vice President.
Aristos International provides comprehensive data center services, including site selection, feasibility studies, consulting, construction, project management , engineering, capacity audits, layouts and configurations, computational fluid dynamic studies, constructability analysis, reliability studies, site surveys, equipment sourcing and procurement, redundancy planning, electrical, architectural, structural, mechanical and plumbing, budgetary development, fire suppression, raised floors, and site commissioning.
